Shipping Policy

 

When will my order ship?

We ship out orders within 2-4 business days of receiving the order (Tues-Fri). All orders ship out of Portland, OR through USPS Ground Advantage.
Shopify will automatically send you an email when the shipping label is created. You can find the most up to date shipping information there.

 

Where do you ship to?

Due to international regulations we are currently only shipping to the United States. Sorry for any inconvenience. If this changes we will make an announcment detailing the change.

 

How long does shipping take?

We currently offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping, which typically takes 2-5 business days from drop-off

If you notice your item is sitting in "pre-shipment" that means that the label was created/paid for but the package hasn't been dropped off at the post office yet. We try and get orders into the mail as quickly as we can but sometimes it takes a few days.

 

How are orders packaged?

For comic books we use sturdy cardboard mailers to keep the books flat and the corners/edges protected. If you order multiple copies of books you may receive two packages and your shipping charges should reflect that at the time of checkout. There are no obvious way to tell what is contained in the mailer. "AbZ Comics" will be included in the return address.

 

Can you guarantee my order arriving at a certain time?

No, sorry! If you would like the receive your order by a certain date please make sure you order it with enough time to arrive.

 

My order never arrived, what can I do?

If 2 weeks have passed from the intended delivery date and you do not have your order, the best thing you can do is contact USPS directly. You can fill out their USPS Missing Mail Form here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
If this does not work you can contact us and we can try and work something out for you, depending on what happened.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

Full Refunds

Full Refunds will be provided if:

  • you request a refund before the item is shipped out
  • your item is lost in the mail for more than 2 weeks and unable to be recovered
  • you receive the wrong item and do not wish to make an exchange. A refund will then be provided once a return label is bought and scanned.
  • an item is returned to for whatever reason and you do not want us to ship it again
  • a purchase is made but for some reason we are unable to ship your item out in a timely manner (out of stock, emergency, out of town for an extender period of time, etc)

 


Partial Refunds

Return shipping will not be covered if:

  • you request a refund after the item has shipped
  • you request a refund after the item has shipped
  • the customer entered incorrect shipping information at the time of checkout and the delivery was unable to be made


Exchanges

You may exchange your item if:

  • the incorrect item arrived (photo proof required)
  • the item was heavily damaged in the mail upon arrival (photo proof required)
  • If the customer wishes to make an exchanges outside of these listed reasons, the item will need to be returned by the customer and the price will be refunded. Then you may purchase the new item from the store.


Reshipment

  • We will reship a item that is lost or damaged one time for free at the customers request. If the item is lost or damanaged again, the order will be refunded and closed.
  • If an item is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm shipping details and attempt to ship a second time
